Off to West Branch

The next leg of our journey took us to 1213 Plato Road. The John Deere outfit made it to the farm but not long enough for a picture! (Not sure why diapers aren't 100% effective! I'm going to say 85%.) Anyway, we were excited to arrive at the farm to see Grandpa and Grandma Wheeler and Daddy (who was driving from NC and meeting us there!)

On June 24th, Matt and I celebrated our anniversary by dining out at The Brown Bottle in Iowa City. He was sweet and gave me a very neat bracelet and earrings that he found while in Nebraska. Which by the way he loved his trip to Nebraska -- he got to work a quarterback camp at the University. He also got to hang out with his aunt and uncle, Virginia and Doug, who live in Lincoln. This was anniversary number 4 ~ funny because it really has been like 12! Ha! Matt's the love of my life -- Elijah and I are so lucky to have him!

I just had to include this series shot by Grandma Meg. Everyone was still cheering on the latest milestone...rolling over!

Brian brought Elijah a stuffed animal -- the Army Mule! Thanks Brian -- he loves it!
